For the film’s soundtrack - John Zorn: Filmworks IX - Trembling Before G-D The Trembling Before G-d Orthodox Education Project We have launched a Trembling Before G-d Educational Project with the film in religious communities – we are convening the first-ever Orthodox Mental Health Conference on Homosexuality and forming an Orthodox Mental Health Network on the issue to work with rabbis, families, schools, rebbetzins, teachers, and synagogues. We have trained 11 facilitators in Jerusalem who have held screenings of Trembling Before G-d and led dialogues with 2,000 principals, teachers, and school counselors, largely in the religious school system in Israel. All of this work is ongoing to make the Jewish community safer and more embracing of gay and lesbian people and we invite your participation. We are also working in other faith communities for whom Trembling has been a tool.
